Shipping Policy
Our customer-friendly shipping policy ensures that our products reach their destinations in the perfect condition and we take every conceivable step to see to it that our customers are happy to take delivery of a product that has received them. Unlike some of our competitors that charge extra for oversize products, we do it for free.
We avail the services of national and international carriers like the USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx while our shipping and dispatch structure enables you to track your order through the Order Number and your destination zip code. For sales outside the US, the matter is processed trough our chain of overseas distributors who are located all over the world. All overseas orders are initially shipped to these distributors who then dispatch the shipment to each client/customer. US orders are exclusively shipped from California.
We will never advise you to accept a product or products that have suffered damage through shipping. So please do not accept such orders. In the event of your coming across a defective or damaged product even after signing and accepting the shipment, feel free to call us immediately and we will do the needful to get it replaced. |
