Product Return Policy
We firmly believe in the theory that 'the customer is always right'
and offer them the chance to return a product that has failed to
attain their approval.
However, please let us know the reasons behind your displeasure
with the product that you have yourself ordered or selected, so
that we may be able to learn something and in the process refund
your money without any delay. Also, if you have received a product
other than what you had ordered for, we will either refund you the
ordered amount or send you a quick replacement. In such cases, all
you have to do is to send us back the product adequately packed/wrapped
to avoid transit damage.
In the unlikely event of a product being found defective on receipt,
we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you on receipt of your
complaint/ demand. Nevertheless, such scenarios are rather rare
in our facilities where quality control is the keyword.
You are also at liberty to cancel your prior order even after instructing
us to complete the process of customizing the product. Please customize
a different product, and it will be sent down to you as per your
directions. However, in such cases, we will need to charge you the
labor charges involved in the prior order that has already been
customized for your.
Remember, we give the highest priority to your needs in order to
ensure that the customer remains always satisfied with our product
and service.
