Coverbond 4 Car Covers

Manufactured with Italian technology, Coverbond 4 is a four-layered fabric with non-woven polypropylene. The fabric provides all weather protection to your cherished automobile - be it the scorching sun of the Arizona desert, the snows of Alaska, the dust from the mining belt and the pollution and acid rains of the industrial areas.

Coverbond 4 has a stronger outer layer and a softer inner layer, and so while it is really hard on the outside, it is soft as linen on the body of your automobile. The inner layer is constructed with similar processes that are used for our interior storage covers. Through extensive testing in Florida it has been confirmed that the fabric has the highest UPF rating of all the non-woven fabrics, it is highly UV protective. This is important because UV rays are what damage both the exterior and the interior of any vehicle. So if you can block the UV rays, you will be able to protect the vehicle. And to make the fabric UV resistant, a high UV agent has been added by using advanced Italian machines.

Unlike car covers from some other car companies, these covers are not patchworks of several pieces of cloth that are sewn together and having several seam lines. When the cover has many seam lines these lines almost always start to open up and as a result the cover cannot anymore offer the protection that it is supposed to do. But Coverbond 4 car covers are made using a single piece of cloth and the seams overlap each other and this is how it is ensured that there are no leakages.

The 4-layer thickness of Coverbond 4 absorbs impacts better than any other vehicle cover fabric to help protect the finish from nicks, dings, dents and scratches.
